THE BIOGRAPHY OF OUR BELOVED MOTHER : ADEBAYO ALICE AJIKE FOLAWE.
Late Mama ALICE AJIKE FOLAWE, the daughter of both LATE ADEGBAJU SALAMI ADURO D’OLORUN KIKANJU of Moniki Compound , ILE IFE and LATE MAMA OMITINUWE ADEGBAJU of Oja Ife in Lakoro Compound in ILE IFE.
LATE MAMA ALICE AJIKE FOLAWE was born 13 years before the coronation of LATE OBA ADESOJI ADEREMI in 1930; in the age of bamboo hoses .
After the age of 5Years , mama went to live her childhood life with one of her father’s sister in person of LATE MRS. AWOYEMI ( WIFE OF CHIEF JAGUNOSIN ) of Okerewe Compound in ILE IFE . From LATE MRS. AWOYEMI, LATE MAMA ALICE AJIKE FOLAWE Learnt trading and merchandize . In her early 20s, She got married to LATE PA MOST SENIOR APOSTLE EMMANUEL ADEBAYO who was a successful farmer .
LATE MAMA ALICE AJIKE FOLAWE traded then in Cocoa and textile businesses ; while with her husband in ABA OKE ERE via YEKEMI .
( A ) Some 45 Years ago , she left the farm to settle down in the town in her residence at No 43A AYETORO STREET in Ile Ife; while in the town she started with a shop in OJATUNTUN selling bags of elubo and rice ( Alajapa ) ; and later moved to Itakogun to include bags of maize and other varieties of foodstuff. It is interesting to note that she traded in kobiowu of rice till she had her last breathe.
( B ) In NOVEMBER 2016, She became the IYAALE ILE ADAGBA and Celebrated it in January 2007.
( C ) LATE MAMA ALICE AJIKE FOLAWE also had her own DARK days but we give GOD all the glory for seeing her through the situation that led her to Christ.
( D ) Mama Join the RCCG. In the first quarter of the year 2006, and later gave her life to Jesus Christ . She was vibrant among them till she was called to glory…
( E ) Mama ALICE AJIKE FOLAWE slept in Lord in the early hours of 31st of July 2021.
( F ) She survived by children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and several in-laws, Adieu mama ALICE AJIKE FOLAWE, nikiokunodewu; A.K.A IYA DUDU.
