Kizz Daniel has made a resolution to quit smoking as he celebrates his 28th birthday today, May 1st.

He revealed he is taking the firm decision not to smoke again for the sake of his kids and every person out that that genuinely love him out there.

Kizz Daniel was born on the 1st of may, 1994 and he clocked 28years old today.

The father-of-two took to his Instagram page on his Sunday morning, which also marked his birthday, to share a video where he officially announced that he has stopped smoking.

In the video, he also advised those that were struggling with smoking addiction to do same.

He said, “To celebrate my birthday, for the sake of my kids and for those that love me, I quit.

“Those of you still struggling with addiction. It is not cool and it is not good.”
