At the moment, it will be difficult to evaluate the loss but this is me sympathizing with the people of my constituency (ibadan southwestconstituency II).
Haphazard planning and approval gas station around markets is in no way conforming with what the theory books is saying about physical planning and development.
A properly zoned neighborhood planning will not put gas station around the market within a dense residential area.
While I hope the we don’t suffer loss of lives which is the ultimate price to pay, it is however important that government review these planning laws.
I want to represent you to start pushing some of these policies and laws
