Twitter seems very busy and noisy tonight as two Nigerian female music heavyweights Tiwa Savage and Yemi Alade appear to want to end the year on a beefing note.

Earlier today, Yemi Alade had stirred up a hornet’s nest when she aimed a thinly-veiled dig at other female entertainers who, according to her, love to deceive their fans by enlarging their buttocks in photos shared on social media.

The singer took to her Twitter handle and wrote:

“Stop increasing your yansh in your pictures! You know you are straight like “1” embrace your real self! Ah ahh. Deceiving fans up and dan.”

Although she wasn’t talking to Tiwa Savage, her tweet was posted barely a few hours after Tiwa Savage shared some of her curvy photos on her Instagram page.

The “lova lova” singer who wasn’t ready to resist the temptation to be quiet took to her social media account to hit back at her colleague.

Reacting to the shade, Tiwa Savage shared a throwback picture which shows her flaunting her curves. Captioning the picture, she wrote:

”Flash Black Friday #ToWhomItMayF&ckingConcern.”

Meanwhile, Twitter users have begun to delight in the beef.

Yemi Alade didn’t mention names.
